The staff provided exceptional service, particularly during the New Year's Eve dinner, where the head waitress stood out for her professionalism. Access to boat trips to Lucerne was convenient, and the nearby pizzeria served one of the best pizzas I've ever tasted.

I had a fantastic stay with my family, enjoying a spacious Junior Suite with a balcony. The location was perfect for quick trips to Lucerne, and I loved the five-minute walk to a beautiful park. The nearby cog train to Mt. Pilatus was super convenient too! 🌄

Highly recommend for a lakeside getaway

Had the best pizzas ever at the hotel’s pizzeria the smell of woodsmoke was captivating the staff there really made it feel like home

It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly but acceptable for the experience we received
